I’ve been feeling better in myself without alcohol, although I will say weekends do temp me. But I know that if I buy a bottle, it won’t see the next day, and so I’ve resisted the temptation.
Food wise I’ve not been too bad, reduced intake of carbs generally, higher protein intake. I still miss Chocolate so I’ve been having a magnum each day, not great I know, but within my calorie limit.
I’ve just dropped my calories a day to 1800, even though the fat secret app says I should be on 2600. I hope I’ve done enough for tomorrow’s weigh in, we shall see.
