Took a long walk in the wind -- sustained winds of 33 MPH, gusts to 43. It was a beautiful evening for a walk. A lot of leaves have blown off the trees today, but there's still a lot of gold on the cottonwoods around the lake. Felt good to walk. Since the pandemic started, I haven't been walking to work, so I need to make it a point to get outside and move -- regardless of the wind
