goooooood morning...warmer outside this morning..an had planned on going for a morning walk, but not sure if there is still any ice left from yesterday or not...so hopefully tomow i can do a morning walk again...get back into the habit of doing regular morning walks...this time of year...better to be safe then fall...kept up an moving yesterday...like usual...had to run some errands yesterday morning after the freezing rain...wasnt all that bad out i didnt think...long as you drove like you had some cents...wasnt that bad...well time to get up an make the bed an think about breakfast to get the metabolism up an movin to...have a great one...

I meant to comment again on yesterday's journal so I will do it here in case you don't go back to it. I agree with what you say about exercising to negate the food intake but that is really hard to do. Even with exercising good and hard 2 times a day it just doesn't seem to be enough and I really don't eat alot.
