goooooood morning...the ice finally melted yesterday...and while it was in the 30s i got layered up an went out yesterday afternoon an got a 30 min ride on the stationary bike...had planned on going for a walk this morning but still leary about there being any left over ice on the roadways...so will again put it off till im sure its gone...hopefully get another stationary bike ride again today...anything is better then no workouts...well..time to make the bed an then head to the kitchen...get this morning started once again...dec is almost over an jan is gettin closer...months are passin by quick and hopefully spring will be here before we know it once again...IM READY..lol...im ready for 30 degree days myslf...lest i can get out an walk in those temps....well have a great one...

i had all my christmas shoppin done back in sept...mom isnt in the xmas mood yet...not sure why...have several small trees up like on the kitchen table...easy to put up an put away when its time...

Yes loosin' I went out the other day and it was 30* outside and I was bundled up and did better on the walk than I expected. No ice here yet - it hasn't snowed to accumulate here but fifty miles north and also west I've heard there is some snow on the ground so I imagine ice too. It's cold enough for ice but there isn't precipitation on the ground. It's way too freakin' cold to go out here in the early morning, teens this early morning as the sun is rising out there with no clouds. Have a great Sunday, loosin'...
