that happens to me. I eat "right" and work out a bunch and see no change in the scale, and then either by design (but usually by circumstance) or not, I end up taking a couple few days off of the hard exercise and have a big loss at the end of those days. I think it's the body finally catching up. It's like you do all of that work and crank the metabolism up but it hangs onto every bit of weight etc because you're working it so hard. Then when you take a rest it sort of "lets it's breath out" and you end up losing the weight.
