Diario de loosinisfun, 22 dic. 10

goooooood morning..fell asleep at 7 last night...and just woke up at 330am...a straight 8 hour sleep...getting started on my day again...plan is to go for a morning walk...35 with a wind chill of 29 i think weather channel said...just layer up and go...weather is gonna be white friday they are sayin...2-4...dependin on where the snow falls...sleet first then snow on top...so will be a great workout...just not enough of them ...but have been thinkin more of joining the gym and getting a better workout then just walking...work muscles that have been on break for a few months...well...need to get up an moving...want to be out the door by 430am...got several other things to do before heading out to do some errands...trying to get things done...before the storm gets here...have a great day everyone...thanks for all the support day in an day out...

back from my 2.5 mile morning walk...was alittle breezier outside then i had layered up for...wind outta the north west..but kept up a steady pace an when i got home an changed...was workin up a sweat under it all...all is good an its over with till tomow...

Glad you got your walk in. Man you leave early. I would be afraid to walk in the dark. I hope the storm isn't too bad. Maybe it will be just a little snow and that's it. Well hopefully. Have fun today!!

Hi loosin and wow, you are an early riser. If I ever slept for 8 solid hours, I would think I died and went to heaven! Good for you tho, you are a determined person and congrats for that! I want to make exercise, at least 3x a week one of my New Year's resolutions. We were at 52 this morning, and will get up to 75. This is such perfect weather for us. I heard about the storms, stay safe and warm loosin. Enjoy your day!

52....75...i cant wait for those warm temps..i will be riding my bike instead of walking in the mornings...this is the hardest time of year for me cause i just dont feel like im gettin the best workouts i can for my body...hopefully after xmas i can join a gym for 3 months or so until it starts to get warm enough again to start riding the 10 speed around town again...have a great one both of you...
