The holiday weekend was crazy! I didnt go overboard with food, i didnt eat the healthiest things, but i never once stuffed myself.

We didnt even get a chance to do our grocery shopping till last night, so i ate out for lunch yesterday, then again for dinner last night, and i saved my left overs from lunch yesterday for today.

I'm feeling the effects too, i feel gross, like my body is full of chemicals from all of the crap ive been eating.

So today i'm getting back to my regular gym routine, drinking tons of water, and after my left overs are gone, no more crap food!!
