Cindy, I usually do one or the other, but not both. Just too much food. Try getting a take home box at the beginning of the meal, and take part of the steak, part of the veggie and put them in the box before starting your meal, then you can have both the salad and the veggie, with enough for a late lunch later. Now, what is going on with the granddaughter and the emergency clinic?
