In January 2017, I weighted 235 pounds. I lost some weight and got down to about 205. Over the next couple years, I went up and down, but stayed under 220. Between last Jan and June, I lost 35 pounds. I crept back up between June and now, but I stayed under 200.
I guess my point is that it has been very difficult over many years to keep weight down. But over the past few years, even though I had my ups and downs, I have been keeping it lower than previously.
My goal for the winter is to get back to 185 (stretch goal is 175).
