So far I have been able to stick to my calories these past two days and have had losses each morning . I enjoyed a good walk yesterday and surpassed my goal of 10,000 steps per day. I hope to repeat today- the weather looks good! I noticed I was extremely hungry in the evening- a couple of hours after dinner so luckily I did have calories available to have a snack which really helped me. I have to make sure that I have some good snacks available to satisfy my hunger- if I need to. I generally try not to eat in between meals- but my meals have been on the meager side and I probably need something more satisfying. Happy Friday!

Good job! I feel ya on the evening hunger for sure. How do you manage the 10k steps per day though?! I hit the 10K mark very rarely and it’s always after like 3+ hours of walking, I just don’t have time for that most days.
