Monday and a new week. Down a shade is better than a no show. Planning to hit my goal this week. Adding exercise intervals every hour or so. A quick dance, a few stretches, 5 minutes toying with the resistance band or a 5 minute pedal to the metal everyother minute. Off for my morning walk now.
