Diario de 2ManyCurves, 13 ene. 14

So far Monday is going well...of course, it is only 8 am. Zumba is complete. Scientific 7 is complete. Pedometer is on my side.

The plan for this week:

Galloway training every other day.
Walk minimum of 3.5 miles in between run days.
Add one hour on the stationary bike on the between run days.
Complete Scientific 7 on Monday and Wednesday.
Add boot camp weights on Friday and Sunday.
Zumba four mornings during the work week.
Incorporate my 2 fast days: Wednesday and Sunday.
Keep calories reasonable and under 1500 for each day.

I'm currently not showing a lot of progress in the last month. It is time to focus on some new mini-weight loss goals. By February 1, 2014, I'd like to be down to 182. I think that is doable. Throughout February I should be firmly back on track. So, I am setting a March 1, 2014 goal of 172. April 1, 2014--- 160 pounds. And, by May 1, 2014 I want to be at 150 pounds flat. I know that last 15 pounds is going to be tough to lose. So once I reach 150, I expect my weight loss to slow quite a bit. My brother's wedding is the first weekend in June. I'm in the wedding. So I'd like to be around 145 by then. Time to get this done. I've been fat long enough.
