Merry Christmas. I enjoyed the traditional feast only with better portion sizing. I also enjoyed a piece of Christmas pudding my sister makes every year. YUM. A couple drinks to unwind now that it is all over. I hope everyone else enjoyed their day as much as I did. I owe the cycle a few more minutes to make up for the extras. No loss or gain with the little treats, just a couple days set back.
