Monday can’t come soon enough! Walking & getting back to my WoE will resume again on Monday.

I wasn’t going to log what I ate today (Sunday), but I decided that it would be better to know how far I strayed. Yikes! I ate almost 2,000 calories & probably only burned 1,400 calories 😞 On a normal day I would eat under 1,400 calories & burn around 2,000 calories.

Darn, I didn’t set my alarm early enough go my morning walk 😱 I did do my midday walk 🤗 and plan to do my afternoon walk too 😇 Food-wise I’m doing fine. I should probably throw out the rum cake, almond tarts & homemade cookies though 🥺 However, I really don’t want to waste food.
