HERE WE GO STEELERS, HERE WE GO!! I have to be good these next two weeks with food. Those Division Champ. games got me to overeat. OK- I got me to overeat.

Gotta get back on track. I have a surprise b-day party for my father-in-law on the 30th, then my Little Girl's 3rd b-day is the 31st. Then the Super Bowl is on Feb. 1st. YIKES. Any Football/Party snacks anyone can provide that won't break the scales?

Veggies and light dip are always popular with everyone and figure friendly, to boot. Plus, all the extra fibre helps fill you up and keep things moving, if you know what I mean! Your chart doesn't look any worse for the splurges. Are you setting a new goal weight or are you just really good at staying under the blue line? Either way, you're doing great!

Salsa is nice -- as long as it is Arizona Cardinals red! I love you gals - you know I do. But Kurt Warner is too cute and so nice. Here is my three-pronged rationale to justify rooting for the Cardinals. 1. I am from St. Louis -- as in St. Louis Cardnials (baseball). 2. Kurt Warner played for the St. Louis Rams the last time they won the Super Bowl. 3. The Arizona Cardinals used to be the St. Louis (football) Cardinals. Hopefully - we can all root for our respective teams and still be Fat Secret friends!
