Just becoming AWARE that you tend to overeat when you have fish is a good sign. Now that you have identified the problem, you can set about to rectify it. Is it the fish itself that you eat too much of, or the side dishes that you eat with it? Try to determine exactly what it is that you overeat ON, and try to limit your portions of that particular food. Best wishes!
