gooooooood wednesday morning...im up but moving slowly..kinda stiff an sore from all the moving yesterday...decided to give my body a day off an rest it......so here i am this morning....not moving very fast and really dont care...14 outside right now..with a wind chill of -2....but i still want to get dressed and go to the gym...but i also know i just dont feel like doing a workout...so will take today off an mend and get on the floor later an do situps at least...let my body heal from the workouts it got yesterday...be ready to go strong again tomow....soooooo...have a great one...

MY AFFIRMATIONS FOR ME TO FOCUS ON DAILY TO STAY ON TRACK!!!!

1. FOCUS ON FS MENU CHART AN CRUNCH THE NUMBERS FROM THE DAY BEFORE!!!!!
1.5. I AM FIRST !!!!!...I AM DOING THIS FOR ME !!!!!
2. WATER...WATER...WATER...THE BIGGER THE PERSON YOU
ARE THE MORE YOU NEED THRU THE DAY TO FLUSH YOUR
TOXINS OUT...!!!!!
3. EXERCISE...PUSH THE WORKOUTS....KEEP INCREASING THE
EXERCISE !!!!!
4. DEPENDING ON WHEN YOU EXERCISE, EAT THE MOST
CALORIES AROUND YOUR WORKOUT TIME, THEN AS THE DAY
GOES ALONG TRY AND DROP THE CALORIES...
5. THE IDEA FOR ME IS TO KEEP MY CALORIE COUNT DOWN TO
300 CALORIES PER MEAL
6. WATCH FOR THE HIDDEN SALT IN FOOD
7. DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY FOR RECOVERY FROM WORKOUTS !!!
8. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART
MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO
BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!
9. DO THE BEST YOU CAN DO EVERYDAY !!!
10. BE TRUE TO YOURSELF !!!!!!

11. AND AS LISA ONLINE WOULD SAY...."Have Fun"! TOWANDA!!!!!

I just finished my work out but I am still feeling lousy with tooth pain. It has been since Sunday and I have only slept 6 hours since Sunday. I am already praying for the weekend. lol At least I finally got to the dentist yesterday and started the antibiotics. Hoping by tomorrow I will be my old self. lol Off to do my hair and get read for work. Hope you rest up those sore muscles and have a great day. We were supposed to get a bunch of snow last night but I live in the back of the building and really can't tell. I guess I will find out soon.

Just had to check in this morning to see your temperature and if you still were going to the gym. Glad you're staying in. With those temps, exercising INSIDE AT HOME sounds like the thing to do. I agree, easy does it. Don't want to tear or injure anything. Keep warm today loosin. TV said we are the only state of all 50 with no snow! Whooeee.

just got done makin salad ahead...now getting ready to layer up an head out to work on the drive an sidewalks again today...not that much snow..just drifted last night...another workout..lol
