Diario de Ingria, 04 feb. 14

Had a very stressful day at work today. To the point that I did not have a chance to have breakfast or lunch and totally forgot about it. Was so preoccupied that I did not even feel hungry. Nothing bad happened so far but it was a total mess. Why cannot they just let us be and do our jobs? Rhetorical question.

I am still not feeling well, but at least it is not getting worse. It will probably take another week before I recover. I still cannot eat anything that irritates my throat. Energy levels are OK though.

The dumbbell is back and creating havoc on the forum again. It was so peaceful for a few months.
