You can do this! Congratulations on the steady weight loss and your exercise regime. I have a pool membership to an indoor swimming pool at a local atheletic club and try and swim 45 minutes every morning. (I average 5 times a week) It is a 4 block walk to get there .. much easier than the 40 miles you have to travel. It is great exercise and so much easier on the joints.
