Its funny how these 9 days, which are ONLY 9 days, seem like an eternity!!!! I dont even crave sweets or anything crazy,, I just want some CHICKEN!! hahaha.
Trying to push myself into going to the gym.

The 9 days are hard, this is my 3rd time around with it in the past 2 years...but once it is over and you see the results it feels GREAT! Definitely push yourself to get to the gym...I am the same way, but I have gone the last 2 days and I am very glad I did, it makes me feel sooooo good and I know it will you too! Thanks for the advice on the calories...I don't know what it is, but I just seem to be full with what I am eating and don't want to overdue it I guess. I used to be able to do about 1200 a day, but not much anymore. Maybe it is a good sign, as long as I am eating right and losing that is what matters. Chicken sounds great right now...but you can make it I know you can! Thanks again and good luck, I know you will have a great weigh in!

Thanks for the encouragement. This is probably around my 3rd time as well in the past 2 years. The first time I did great, and the second time I had some complications. But I LOVE this diet and know that I can do it again. I did end up pushing myself to go to the gym, and im so glad I did. Mission accomplished for the day!!! Thanks again for the motivation!!!
