Would have followed plan 100% but there was a Faculty/Staff appreciation lunch yesterday and there appeared to be sugar in everything. Did the best I could picking salads (also sugary) and there was a white bean chicken chile there that wasn't sweet, but I'm really not on the legume rung of Atkins yet. But the main things is I dropped some weight anyway!
