I am loving my Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred Workout DVD. I have more energy since starting it. I have done the workout everyday since February 4 (last Wednesday). The first few days were hard, my muscles ached in my legs from some of the moves. However, I work up more of a sweat in 25 minutes than I did in an hour on my Elliptical and Treadmill. She motives and keeps you moving. I think I was cheating myself on the machines at home, slowing down when tired rather than pushing through.

I have added back in my Elliptical for 10 minutes in the evening and this morning after my workout DVD, I walked on my treadmill for 10 minutes, 5 minutes at 3.0 mph, then 5 minutes at 2.5 mph. I did this on the 10% incline level.

My goal is to spend the entire month of February on Level 1 of her workout. I hope to move on to Level 2 March 1. I can already see the definition in my thighs and arms. I should have measured before beginning last week, just to see how many inches lost exactly.

I think I'm going to look into this DVD. I have her Wii game and I love it. I need variety in my exercising so that I don't get bored and "fall off the wagon" so to speak. TY for mentioning the DVD!
