GRRRR WTF!! Dude. Okay I know it's only been 2 days of changing up the way I'm eating again and being really strict but I haven't cheated ONCE. Nothing that has gone into my mouth has not been recorded. I haven't cheated and yet, this morning, the scale shows me UP AGAIN! 2.3lbs now! I mean, sure. I did a lot of exercise on Saturday last week hiking at a very rapid pace... but srsly? I'm working out probably between 25-40minutes a day, strength and cardio, and it's tough and I sweat, but I'm not like building a billion pounds of muscle right now. And I'm eating just under 1300 calories every day. I've been eating more than that, like 1400-1450 and that wasn't working so now I'm cutting back but WTF SCALE! I WANT TO DIE. I've come so far and now it's all falling APART!
