Diario de Redtribe, 24 feb. 14

Well, last night I watched my boyfriend eat a Hawaiian pizza while I had a side of steak tips and a side of sauteed spinach. Hey at least I had those choices at a pizza place. I am kind of sick of salads and usually have to have one everyday for lunch at work. So I was good, missed my foundation carbs by 2 and only got to 18 nc (not on purpose). I swear I must be estimating most meals wrong, because when I am home and can weigh and measure, I don't get enough carbs. I really try to be conservative when eyeballing stuff. Anyway I went up .2 - not so bad but would really like to see a nice drop after all my efforts!
