Finally...back to my healthier eating habits today, now that all my guests have gone home! I do miss my family, but my tummy is much happier eating better once again! I am proud of myself for "maintaining" while my family was visiting! I didnt go overboard! It is so hard to diet when family is visiting! But I maintained! Dont think I lost any weight but I did NOT gain this week...thats the important part!!!!

Love the company but like you, always glad to get my routine back when they leave. I think you had a huge success in that you kept in focus just trying to maintain. It is all in how you handle the changes in normal routine to not let it derail you. Congrats!
