Finally...back to my healthier eating habits today, now that all my guests have gone home! I do miss my family, but my tummy is much happier eating better once again! I am proud of myself for "maintaining" while my family was visiting! I didnt go overboard! It is so hard to diet when family is visiting! But I maintained! Dont think I lost any weight but I did NOT gain this week...thats the important part!!!!
