Busy weekend with work schedule challenges. had to really be flexible with eating and what was available - still managed to keep energy level up and the BGL in range for the weekend. Back to my regularly scheduled work week this morning and hopefully some coffee. I hope you all have a productive and joyous week pursuing your goals.
