Ok....so I am up a little, but I weighed myself much earlier this morning than the past 2 days and I ate dinner later last night, so I am not really worried about this. I am feeling really good.
Challenge workout good except I need to be careful of my left knee which I hurt badly doing the Brazil Butt Workout. Think that workout is meant for younger people! Too many squats and lunges for my knees!
