To stay active as are ambitious towards carrier  

As people may judge them from their shape at work place and they found some lag comparative others employees  

Because they don't want to be overweighed and want a disease free future.  

Wo baat toh Sahi hai BMI maintain Karne wali baat Sahi hai lekin zero figure wala concept wali bi Kuch hongi.yaha pe🙂 

I think that's according to u . I haven't met a single one who wants zero figure to fit into some model dresses most of the girls are foodie and they gain weight due to it and they want to loose extra of it that's it guess! 

Getting slim would boost my confidence
