Today I began the 1 Week Fruit and Veggie Cleanse Challenge. I am looking forward to this challenge as I think my body needs a jump start. My pace of weight loss has slowed a bit. At my WW weigh in today, I did lose .8 which I was happy, especially after my eating this weekend and the slow down on my exercise points.
I plan to find a happier medium this week, to use more of my Weekly allowance points (since I have been working out harder each week)and to earn more Activity points. I did not do that this week, ate way into my Weekly Allowance (only had 11 left) and earned only 14 Activity Points. Last week I only ate into the Weekly Allowance having 30.5 left over and earned 23 Activity points. I also had a 2.2 pound loss that week.
I know I need to eat into my Weekly Allowance more, I just need to keep my Activity Points up there too.
