I set a new goal for myself. I want to try to lose about 25 more pounds from here. 145 seems like a good number.
I am going to try to incorporate more and better calories into my diet through out the day.
And I am going to exercise every other day. I have seen that work for me in the past. I dont care what other people/doctors/trainers/experts say. This plan works best for ME!!!!!!

I see a good chunk of that mysterious 14 pounds disappeared. Good for you! As for what works best for you, that is all you can do. Everybody is different and the diet and lifestyle that works perfectly for one person will not work perfectly for everyone. So good for you and I am sure you will meet your new goal in no time!

You've come a long way and you know that you do not want to go back to the old ways and gain it all back. You are doing the right thing, working it out, keeping at it and journaling your food and exercise. You have to keep going forward. You will reach your goal eventually.
