Okay so I've decided to start using this journal thing properly as I've set myself a 100 day challenge. I have to eat as clean as possible throughout. By clean I mean I will be following a Primal/Paleo diet.
I'm actually on day 3 now and it's going alright. Eating Primal/Paleo is surprisingly easy. I did actually start on it at the end of last year but stopped when my father in law came to town because I didn't think I could hold it up.
I lost loads of weight but have put a lot of it back on which is disappointing but there's no use wallowing. I'm going to take my action so I can once and for all lose all this excess weight.
My aim is to get down to 55kg in the end but my first target will be 70kg. When I reach that I will aim for 65kg and so on just to keep me motivated:) So here goes!
