It can really become a vicious cycle, pain-meds-eat whatever-not move-pain-meds-etc...I hope you will be able to break the cycle. Small baby steps, change one thing and then move to the next step. Eat a bit healthier/drop one unhealthy food/watch portions. If you're unable to walk for any length of time, try some chair exercises. As you feel better, it will encourage you to continue.
