Diario de loosinisfun, 31 ene. 11

goooooood morning...back home from first weight/cardio workout...lol..i didnt really think i was tired till i got in car to come home an then i started feeling it...upper body is already feeling the workout...but thought i did good for not having lifted weights in couple of years...so...time to refuel and get ready for rest of the day...ice will be here around lunch..1/4 inch today..more tomow..and then snow...so will be a bad storm this time...

i did measurements yesterday on myslf..wish i had done them when i first started..im sure i would of been astondished...

16 " upper arm
13.5" lower arm between elbow and wrist
47" acrost upper chest
49 " tummy
17.5" calf
26.5" upper thigh

im sure the measurements that i took yesterday are much better now then almost 4 years ago, but still want them even better...gonna take them again in a month to see the difference...not really expecting any difference in the calf as they are already pretty lean from all the cardio...as are the upper thighs ...but we will see...

Loosin, you need to be a snowbird. Come to Florida from November until April then go back. Too much snow, ice and cold!! Bask on the beach where you can swim, run or walk and rake in that glorious golden sunshine. Brrrrrrr, be well and warm loosin!!
