Swimming 3 days in a row has helped. I've swam 5 miles in the last 3 days. Might do another mile tonite. Last night was 2 miles in one hour. 60% of my caloric intake the last 3 days has been juice. Next week I will try to do a juice fast for 4 or 5 days, starting on Monday.
