I did horrible this weekend I over used my flex points for the week. I didnt keep track until putting it here today. The only good thing I did was work out on Saturday.

I know it is emotional. Just not caring. I spend so much energy trying not to care about something I desperately care about that I don't have any energy left to be concerned about this.. When this should matter more, because, no matter what if I lose that thing that I desperately care about I still have me to worry about and do good for.

Lack of motivation all the way around. My gym bag is packed and sitting next to me but it is really the last thing I want to do today. And Saturday I hit 311 finally! I am quite sure I am not at that currently but too afraid to look. I think I am going to try to only weigh myself once a week. Too much needless stress over daily numbers otherwise.

dont over compensate for using too many flex points. just do a good job this week and you may be suprised when you weigh in. it takes a couple days for the actual food weight to go away then you may see a loss.
