Diario de loosinisfun, 03 feb. 11

goooooooooooooood mornin...so easy to get back in bed an go back to sleep...9 outside right now...but im up an gettin ready to layer up so i can head to the gym for my first workout in 2 days...i did do part of a workout yesterday using 30 pounds of weights that i have here at the house..but not like i would of if i had been able to be at the gym...got the ice off the vechile yesterday and ready so this morning i would be ready to rock and roll this morning...today is cardio...cant wait for tomow so i can get my cardio/weight workout done...get back into a regular routine...even though the scales are showing a slight increase...im learning you just cant go by the scales...you have to also go by the way the clothes fit...i kno that im still losing even though the scales dont tell the whole story..an thats ok...have been thinkin about what i will do once it gets warmer...as i usually quit the gym once it gets warm enough and start getting my exercise outside again...an right now im thinkin of staying in the gym and gettin one workout there, then doing a second workout on my 21 speed bike...would be 2 different workouts...right now that sounds like a possiblity...but who knows for sure...well...need to get up an moving..want to get to the gym an get my cardio over with...got other things to do today...since i did stay in yesterday except for the time i was outside workin on the ice...catch you all after my workout...be safe an stay warm....have a greatttt day....

back from my cardio...felt great to get in the gym again...im already looking forward to tomows cardio/weight workout...its great to be lookin forward to workouts again for a change...

Yes I agree with you...keep the gym membership. I ride my bike lots in the summer and hard but it takes a lot of hard hard bike riding to really burn calories. It's 9 here this morning too and I haven't exercise yet. I have been doing double duty the past couple weeks. I am tired this morning and feeling a little lazy but I am going...lol Hope it warms up and you have a great day. I think it's supposed to get to 20 today..at least thats whatit says on the Buffalo weather and I could walk there in 5...
