Diario de Redtribe, 05 abr. 14

Not much to say. Happy the scale did't go up. I let myself have a cheddar cheese bagel twist at dunkin' donuts for a birthday treat yesterday, then found out it has 57 net carbs in one of those. Geesh, it would be better to have a donut carb-wise! Anyway...starving this morning. Only had 2 eggs so I put an extra slice of ham & cheese in to split with my daugher.
80,0 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 0,7 kg.    Aún para ir: 13,3 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
