Diario de micami, 04 mar. 09

Sooo,,, just got back form the doctor. 4 prescriptions and 2 over the counter medications later, I am hopefully on my way back to health and weight loss. Ive HATED not being able to diet and exercise. I was really on a roll, so motivated, going twice a day and eating better than I have in a long time.
I have a severe cold and bad asthma. So he gave me something for just about everything. They sent me home early at work this morning, and the doctor tried to send me to the hospital first, and then when i refused he gave me an albuterol treatment. It helped, so he overloaded me with meds. LOL. Lets hope Im back up and running again soon. Literally.

Hope you get to feeling better soon, sounds like you need some RNR for sure! You will be back to the gym in no time, your chart looks great just concentrate on maintaining right now until you can get the ball rolling again! Get to feeling better soon!

I hope you feel better soon. It's funny that's what happened to me, I got sick and I fell off my workout and diet for like 2 weeks. But I'm back on it and you will be too! You've done great so far 15 lbs!!! Great job!!!
