Diario de micami, 08 mar. 09

Okie Dokes!! I am ready to start new again. Im so excited!!! Ive got some new meal ideas, I just have to get to the supermarket. I am not going to stress myself over doing a full 9 days. Im going to do as many days as I can handle, and then take it from there. And im also going to make sure Im eating enough calories. Major setback this week, I ate HORRIBLY and pretty much allowed myself to have whatever I wanted, but Im somewhat missing my healthy eating. I am going to try the gym tomorrow, but Im not sure if Im healthy enough to go full out just yet so it will be a slow week for me on the exercise.
I guess thats where the detox will carry me.
Ive been getting alot of comments lately like "wow, I can tell youve been losing weight. Or, your face is starting to look a little different" and those are SO motivating!!
So, here I go. Back to food logging.

Hi, thanks for the encouragement. I am about the same weight as you and l have started back to the gym. A few years ago I was 63 kg and so the extra 24 kg makes gym-going really hard, but just doing what I can manage the last week... and people noticed (even without the dieting). That started 3 days ago!

You are so ready and I know you will do great!!! I am with you on getting back on track, still not feeling 100% but I am going to push as much as I can! Didn't do a whole lot over the weekend, but I did concentrate on my portion sizes which I think is a huge help for me! Aren't the comments fantastic...I love to hear it from people! I am betting with the way your chart looks that you look just a great! Thanks for the encouragement and I wish you nothing but the best!
