I think starting tomorrow I'm going to have to journal my food I'm stuck and can't find out why. I would start today but it's my 30th birthday and I won't lie I'm going to cheat :( But I did work out today and I'm not taking a free day but I'm going to have cake with my family and eat what I want for dinner. :)
