Orange line, here I come! (Again) It doesn't matter how many times I go up, I will restart. The battle is real. Looking back at my weight history, I have spent the most time in reds and oranges on my goal bar. Yellows are hard and greens have escaped me. It is AMAZING how fast pounds go on; how effortless! I don't know that maintaining a lower weight will ever come naturally to me. I find I must log food. Finding time and the will to exercise is frustrating. It is hard to make it a priority; there are so many things that demand my time. I have good intentions but then the day is done and the exercise isn't!
I have found myself back on the Keto diet. It worked once; I kinda tried it again a while back but couldn't get back into it. Now I am doing it again, but not a strict version. I am allowing myself some forms of natural sugars but trying to stay away from the processed versions. I have decided that I am ALLERGIC to carbs! Yep! They make me break out in fat!! Hehehe! One of the most amazing pluses to a keto diet is the way it diminishes the sensation of hunger. I have not felt "hungry" in a couple of weeks now. I have made myself to eat a couple of times because I know I can't restrict calories to a level too low without causing problems.
So...once again I find myself attacking the mountain. How far I can take myself remains to be seen. With God on my side and FS for support, I am armed and dangerous once more!
