Not happy with my scale today. How is that I am 141.2 on Friday and today I am 145..WHAT! Is that possible? My God, I have not eaten that much..geez. I am really hoping its just water and muscle. I know I wont be exercising in the next few days though, went on my husbands snowmobile on Sunday, lets just say walking and going up and down stairs has been quite a task lately....the pain! I want to get to that 140 so badly and it is right there, feel like I am stuck again ;( I am going to get to 136 by the end of March, just hope I can figure out how to get it done.

Don't be done I am sure you did not gain that much weight. It has to be water or something. Cheer up and keep with it.

It's just a minor setback and we ALL have them. Just keep looking ahead to March and keep that 136 goal in mind...you'll reach it!!

Yes, of course it's just salt and water retention. Don't give it a moment of your precious time. You will be back down in a couple of days. Keep up the good work buddy!
