Diario de Aldicri, 09 feb. 11

SO my fun filled night night ended with me eating 2 thin mint girl scout cookies, argh! Darn those girl scouts! I wouldn't even have any in the house becasue I know I can't resist their temptations but my husband bought them for me as a "present". Thank goodness he took over half the box and only left me with maybe 6 cookies and thank goodness I had a fiend over who could eat a couple with me but darn it I need to do better. It has become painfully apparant how little regard to diet I have had in the past. It stops now. I WILL calorie count, salt weigh, and limit fat from here on out! This is it. Oh yeah and I need to exercise more. haha
