Good luck! But if you continually hit the your lowest possible weight and could not hit what the BMI said, you are still doing great and perhaps that is all your body had to give and stay healthy. When I was 19 I worked out hard several hours a day and ate what amounted to an Atkins Diet, but I could not break into the 170s no matter what I did. And I was pretty rail thin for my body at 180, when BMI still wanted 168.
