Diario de Barbgetsit, 30 abr. 14

2nd work out this morning, it was good... things are gonna hurt tomorrow.. I weighed like 13 lbs heavier on trainers scale, so that sucked, but whatever, I am going to way hopefully 10 lbs less next wi... I need to be here more and track my foods...
