As far as eating, I'm all over the place. My lunches are tropical trail mix and fresh broccoli, cauliflower, and celery with ranch to dip. Not sure how healthy but whatever. Walk with coworkers every day at a very fast pace especially when they put on their sneakers before. This month's challenge is 100 lunges per day.
