Diario de cwillcit, 15 jun. 21

I'm eating a fruit breakfast today. I've been IF until noon each day and I can't seem to get through the night without giving in to some kind of healthy food but way to late to be eating. Always been my problem...I tell myself that "you sometimes just go to bed hungry and that is what I need to do to keep healthy." I blow a whole day of eating right and watching calories by adding extra calories...ugh
