I joined a gym yesterday, Planet Fitness. I really like their philosophy of "judgement free zone", honestly there are people of every shape, age and size in there, and they make everyone feel like they fit in.

So yesterday I started with cardio and upper body machines, today was cardio with lower body machines. Tomorrow is circuit training. It takes me just about one hour to do the streching (before and after), warmup, workout and cardio.

I'm sore but not as much as I feared... stretching is surely helping that part. I can only manage about 5 mins on the eliptical, so the rest of my cardio is on treadmill or bike as I try to increase my time on the "machine from hell" LOL!

I am taking in about 1600-1900 cals/day and haven't been too hungry, except for right after workout when I feel like I could devour a whole cow. No red meat this week, chicken and lean pork, fish this weekend.

Staying on track pretty well. I'll probably weigh in at Publix on Monday.
