Well my carbs are off for the day... went to Applebees and had one of their low calorie meals... the meal nutrition includes potatoes and I substituted steamed broccoli and squash for the potatoes so I know I didn't have that many carbs... the breve on the other hand... ugh

Hey ^5 (high five) for substituting steamed broccoli and squash for the potatoes. I read a lot of journals each day where people didn't even do that, then they blame it on the weekend and lack of control. So I think you're doing great.

Ohhh thanks I did horrible this week but I've been on plan since last April soooo one bad week isn't too bad! I'm back on track though... I've paid for the added carbs this week... I bumped them up some and I have been starving all week... so no more little tiny amounts of sugars for me!
