gooooooooood sunday morning..my last day of rest...im lookin forward to gettin back in the gym once again...started to go this morning, but then it throws my schedule off in the gym...weather has been decent here...really nice last several days...listening to the podcasts from fat 2 fit has only reinforced the journey i am on...its not a diet but a life long journey...changing the way i look at food and exercising to keep the calories burning thru the day...to keep up and moving and burning the food i do take in...im ready for warmer weather so i can start riding my 10 speed once again...i still want to go to the gym for a workout of 1-1.5 hours and then after that workout do a ride around town ride...this year i do want to ride out to my friends house out in the country...last year i talked about it..but just never made my self do it...would be like a 4-5 mile ride one way but i do almost 6 on my morning bike rides...and although my bottom is always ready to get off the bike...wouldnt be that bad of a ride..o well...its gotta get warmer before i can do that...rain in the forcast today...but still might go out an get on my stationary bike and get a 30 min burn in...right now...just wakin up and gettin all my thoughts ...lol...have a great one...

I love bike riding and can ride for hours...get yourself a better seat to protect your bottom...lol there are lots of things out there to put on the seat as well. A comfortable bike is important if you will be doing lots of riding.
